Probably the worst service I have delt with. This is not the doctors they are lovely. A receptionists gave me a form to fill out to hand back. I go back and the receptionist that day said they dont accept this form then tell me its all fully booked. The receptionist are so rude act like your an a inconvience no empathy. They're system is pathetic aswell. Zero stars!
Grossly understaffed unresponsive chaotic practice - this is what a practice in crisis looks like.Triage conducted by reception staff; warnings when you call that the service will be restricted due to a shortage of doctors; inflexible practices that restrict access to practitioners; failure to follow up on test results.
In the last six months I have had fairly serious health issues following an accident. A few times I developed symptoms that needed urgent attention. In every instance I was able to speak to a doctor and receive treatment within a few hours.All the staff including reception and administration have always been friendly and helpful.I am very grateful to the Lanark doctors and nurses for their care. Also have been very impressed with the Scottish NHS in general who have proactively investigated other issues they picked up after my accident.
Dont trust the website - not been properly undated since 2016. Also no festive opening hours. Poor performance!!
I can not fault the practice, since the new system was implemented I have never had to wait more than a day to be seen. The reception staff have always been very helpful and always been sensitive to any issues raised. The Doctors have been terrific I can not thank them enough for everything they have done for me and my family.
