Fantastic service. Phoned and flowers were delivered the same day. The lady on the phone couldnt have been nicer. The flowers that were delivered were lovely , fresh and amazing value for money. Will definitely use this florist again

My mother was given flowers for her birthday on Friday and today when I went in there is a poor display of what she could salvage from them. She phoned twice to no avail every excuse given but no mention of any sort of replacement. These would not have been cheap and such a shame somebody paid good money for such a poor item. Poor customer service will go elsewhere in future.
Really disappointed, phoned to order some hand ties and was spoken to by a very helpful lady. Unfortunately the next day when I went to collect them was almost ignored by two assistants so busy chatting to each other I could have been invisible. They were unhelpful and verging on rude. There are so many florists in Lanark that I will buy using a different one next time. Flowers were ok. Nothing more.
