Great night away, so relaxing in spa. Food delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms immaculate.
A very tastefully restored cotton mill with lots of interesting features. Very helpful staff ensured a relaxing time was had by all. There's an on site large cafe, large shop, museum, nature trail and waterfalls. There's a functioning hydro electric generator and a water wheel. Plus all the facilities of a good hotel! Brilliant! If you are staying at the hotel use New Lanark Mill Hotel as the destination in Google Maps. It takes you to reception.
Amazingly situated. Very nice clean big rooms. Great happy staff and lovely food.
Loved the combination of thrilling nature - take the walk! - hearing the waterfalls in our room, and historical importance. We enjoyed the New Lanark tour. Would have been nice if the indoor pool was more quiet (there were swimming lessons there) and if it was more clear whether the breakfast was included in the hotel rate. But all in all an unforgettable place.
Came here for a friends wedding and it was just perfect. The hotel was wonderful and the bedrooms were fantastic. There is also a hostel around from the hotel with private bathrooms. Close proximity to walks and loads to do the day after the wedding before taking the drive home! Would stay again.
